Is Nexus AI a full package or can we have modules?

NEXUS AI is a modular service which can be implemented in various ways. We are continuously enhancing NEXUS with modules that will create efficiencies for Financial Advisers and their practice.

As NEXUS AI resides in your Microsoft 365 service, we look to provide a full complete service offering for NEXUS AI, Microsoft Licensing, Support and Cyber Essentials Certification. With Nexus AI, we want to ensure the entire service is working correctly and fully secure, it is therefore easier for us to manage your entire Microsoft 365 Services and Support.

Where is the data stored and processed?

With AI and all cloud services, knowing where your company data is held and processed is a key factor when utilising a cloud service, even more so with AI. NEXUS AI resides in your Microsoft 365 Service. All the data is stored and processed within your Microsoft 365 Tenant, right next to your OneDrive/ SharePoint Files. Is NEXUS AI approved by SJP?

We are looking to get NEXUS AI approved by SJP. If you would like this service for your practice, register your interest and help NEXUS AI get SJP approved. As the data is stored and processed within your Microsoft 365 service, which is already approved by SJP, we are hoping this will be a straightforward approval process.

Are you Cyber Essentials Certified?

We have been providing Cyber Essentials Certification for over 5 years to Financial Advisers. Our streamlined process ensures SJP partners are certified with as little effort as possible. We act as your IT department, ensuring all services are secure continuously. The Cyber Essentials Certification simply certifies this.
