Mark Harris is our Service Delivery Manager. His core responsibilities are ensuring our portfolio of services is seamlessly delivered to our customers, overseeing the support team, and maintaining a consistently high level of support. His exceptional customer service and practical recommendations are recognised by all our clients, enabling them to make informed business decisions that both save money and improve efficiency.
Alongside his technical knowledge and qualifications, Mark is also qualified in PRINCE2 methodology and certified in ITIL Service Management. He spent two decades working as an IT Project Engineer for a large construction company, delivering large-scale IT installations and managing major projects throughout the UK.
He has years of experience installing IT networks and telephone systems and has setup IT from small single user office cabins to 200 user head offices.
