How to set up Multi-Factor Authentication on your device

By setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you add an extra layer of security to your Microsoft 365 account sign-in. For example, you first enter your password and, when prompted, you also type a dynamically generated verification code sent to your phone. Find out how in this short video.

Note: This process is based on a tenant who has already had Multi-Factor Authentication enabled and enforced in their organisation. Any questions, talk to your administrator or give us a call.

Leave us some feedback

Following discussions with our clients, we have started to create a library of short training videos. We value feedback from clients and users, so please feel free to leave us some pointers to help us create the best content we can for you.

Are there things we can do better? Can you think of other training videos you might find useful? These are our first attempts so please be kind.
